Baptist Women In Ministry (BWIM) supports women who pursue ministry and leadership with sustaining resources and community, and advocates for the full affirmation of women in ministry and leadership in Baptist life.

Currently serving as Minister to Children, Youth, and Families at First Baptist Church of Vero Beach, Kristina got involved with Baptist Women in Ministry when she recognized her need for community and the support of other women in ministry. Through a variety of BWIM opportunities, Kristina has found the support, encouragement, and resources she needs to thrive in her calling. As Florida’s BWIM Coordinator, her desire is to provide opportunities for women in ministry that fulfill BWIM’s vision for women to thrive as they minister and lead within Baptist communities.
