Tammy Snyder
CBF Coordinator
She joins the Fellowship bringing with her 21 years of ministry experience in both church and parachurch organizations. Thirteen of these years were spent at Bayshore Baptist church, Tampa, FL, where she left as Associate Pastor. For 23 years being a military family, she lived and traveled throughout the US and the world. Tammy has learned it is most important to focus on similarities rather than differences, while recognizing the gifts and learnings other cultures bring to our faith development. Tammy, originally from PA, and her husband Tanker have two children, Quay (Margaux, 2020) and Claire (Hunter, 2022).

Xiomara Reboyras-Ortiz
Associate Coordinator
Xiomara Reboyras is from Puerto Rico and is the new CBF FL Associate Coordinator. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology, Divinity, and Mediation & Conflict Resolution. She is an ordained minister and has over 2 decades of pastoral experience. She draws on her professional and ministerial experiences, particularly in social services, business administration, social justice, spirituality, ministerial strengthening, and teaching which have prepared her to be the pastor/starter of an emerging congregation that breaks with the traditional models of church and worship of the Hispanic evangelical world. Reverend Xiomara currently serves on the board of directors for BWIM. She is also the only CBF Hispanic member of the GRACE program as a Safeguarding Specialist and coordinates and facilitates through the CBF Thriving in Ministry, the work of the cohort for women pastors in Puerto Rico; focused on developing strategies for stronger ministries and healthier lives.

Rev. Taylor Mason
Communication & Graphic Design
Taylor grew up in Newport News, Virginia. Most of his family still lives in the Tidewater area, and a part of him will always call sunsets over the James River home.

Over the last 10 years, Taylor has worked as a minister in multiple churches throughout the country (Atlanta, St. Louis, & Sonoma).

Taylor now lives in Santa Rosa, California, where his wife is a Health Care Ethicist for Providence St. Joseph Health. Since moving here, he has found creative ways to care for others. He officiates weddings and funerals, offers life coaching, and is the director of communications and graphic design for CBF Florida & Caribbean Islands.

When he is not working, Taylor loves to explore the redwood forests near his home in Sonoma County, and enjoys making youtube videos of his surf trips to the coast in Northern California."

Kenny Phillips
Disaster Response Coordinator
In 2018, I was approached by CBF Florida with the opportunity to serve as the Disaster Response Coordinator for the state. I accepted, expanding my mission to include not only Florida but also the Caribbean Islands. Today, I continue to respond to crises, helping communities recover and rebuild with compassion and resilience.
