Registration & Cost

Registration is FREE.

All individuals must register, as name badges will be required for entry into events. Pre-registration will open in early spring of 2026. On-site registration will also be available in Jacksonville beginning on June 16. Meal tickets will only be available during online pre-registration unless otherwise noted.

There is some cost associated with meals hosted by CBF and other partners, and we will have a special hotel rate for your lodging available when registration opens.

Children & Youth

We have Age Level Assemblies for infants - 12th grade that provide opportunities for children and youth to connect with other Cooperative Baptists, learn about a similar topic to the Assembly theme, and have fun in a safe environment with trained Age Level workers.

Due to space and safety concerns, capacity is very limited for our Age Level Assemblies. There is a separate registration required for your children or youth to attend and there is a cost associated with each age level.

What To Expect

As you check-in on June 17th, you'll be able to ask any questions you may have to a knowledgeable CBF staff member. You will also receive a guide that will help you navigate the schedule and hotel throughout the week.

Throughout the Assembly, you can expect to meet new friends and network with folks from around the country and the world. You will experience compelling worship, have an opportunity to attend Learning Labs, meet partners in the Gathering Place, and learn about the vibrant life of the Fellowship.

Travel Scholarships/Grants

LAYPERSONS - Up To $500

The Travel Assistance Fund for Events (TAFFE) provides financial assistance to LAYPERSONS with limited means to attend special CBF gatherings and events.

Recipients will be awarded a grant for travel and lodging. While all laypeople who are active and/or interested in the CBF are eligible to receive a grant,

The ideal applicant is an emerging lay leader who will advocate for and help tell the story of CBF in the church and the community.

Particular consideration will be given to first-time attendees. Please note that TAFFE funds are NOT available for clergy expenses. You can apply for TAFFE funds soon!

CLERGY

A travel fund for CLERGY is also available in 2026 through a generous grant from the Baugh Foundation.

Learning Labs

Learning Labs are intentional learning opportunities at the center of the General Assembly.

Over three sessions on June 18 and 19, presenters from across the Fellowship will lead workshop-style experiences focused on topics that engage clergy and lay leaders aligned with the theme “The Bold Type" and provide both inspiration and practical application for living out Christ's bold witness in the world.

You may submit a proposal to lead one of these experiences until February 27 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern.

You can find more information and the proposal form here. Note that CBF will provide A/V support for Learning Labs but does not provide any remuneration for Learning Lab leaders during the General Assembly. Not all Learning Lab proposals will be accepted.

Volunteer Opportunities

We always need volunteers to help throughout the Assembly from information stations to ushers and communion servers.

Just indicate that you're interested in volunteering during the registration process and we'll be in touch with all of the possible times and opportunities.

We also need workers for our Age Level Assemblies. This is a paid position for individuals over 18 years of age and workers must complete a background check, complete child safety training, complete on site setup and training, and be present at all Age Level events. This is a great opportunity for aspiring children's and youth ministers, teachers and Sunday School teachers, or folks wanting to help introduce the youngest Baptists to Assembly.
